Nice Work! However I am trying to change the times and I can’t find where I can edit the elements that appear before the transitions. For example what appears in the second 4 above and below the text.

i have 9 speakers, 3 in the first day and 6 in the second….

no problem, project is made from modular scenes, so you can duplicate the scene (the most easy way is to use a free script True Comp Duplicator) and in the original “day” slide you can insert for example a time of speaker’s presentation or name of the speaker. If you would have any problems with duplicating, I can help you.
