To add more text placeholders, duplicate any of the PLACEHOLDER_TEXT_00x as many times as needed (in the Project Browser)
Then, drag it into the Timeline, enable the layer’s 3D position toggle button (That 3D cube checkbox thingy)
Set the position coordinates to 0,0,0 and align within the 3D space as require.
Additionally, you should modify these new placeholder texts (in terms of content and timing within the timeline)

Sure thing, What does this come with when I pay for Single use ? I guess the CC After Effect file?

Here are the changes that I need to make: Change theme Color. Put My logo. Change some text.

Can I achieve this using trial AE ? Will those changes be a part of the animation ?

For Single use (or Commercial use) you get the .After Effects Files.
Very loyal and prompt support,
Additionally, a descriptive PDF manual that deals exactly with “How to change Text and how to change the logo.
(Changing colors is easy, but may require knowing to use the Hue/Sat effect)

Not sure if the New Trial AE has any limitations on rendering?!?
If it doesn’t, then it should work fine.
