I’m extremely upset about the audio. I downloaded and paid $10 for the audio file which doesn’t match up with the one in the preview at all when you slow it down to 50%. I wanted to use it for a video to upload by today and thats clearly not happening because of this issue. Not happy at all!

I have downloaded this several times today. On opening it I keep getting the message that there is a file missing. Also, the background does not appear to be anything like the one here, that I was purchasing. Can you help please?
