Can I change the timing of slides and remove some slides I don’t need?
Yes you can but it need basic AE knowledge.

Can I replace the logo? my client logo is round so this promo would work, the shape is different tho.
Yes you can replace the logo
by logo I mean the drop shape in each screen, I guess that can be replaced then awesome!
You can modify the shape manually. The shape place in individual placeholder. So if you change it, it will automatically replace all slide transition.
