Hi there,I like to know the first 10 seconds music of this trailer, the shared sound track doesn‘t included it,as well as the visual effect of the first 10 seconds. Many thanks indeed!

Hey Tom,Thanks a lot. But unfortunately, the audio file link u send me doesn’t match any of the FIRST 10 SECONDS in the trailer. I mean the EXACT sound effect the trailer has within the FIRST 10 SECONDS that including the sound of the falling photos.

It is possible it was removed from the pack in the meantime, get in touch with the author here: https://audiojungle.net/user/wolfsound he might be able to find those exact 10seconds in his library

Thanks a bunch!

Hello I downloaded After Effects cc 2018..after effects opens and I get a message stating that 244 files are missing since the last time I save the project.

Hi there, we’ve already replied to your message on chat but I’ll leave it here as well: You are seeing this message because you’ve moved the actual .aep file away from the Project Files folder, therefore After Effects cannot locate source files required to run Photo Motion. Just make sure you keep them together in one folder.

i want to use this for my youtube project…...which license should i buy for my youtube project?REGULAR OR EXTENDED

sir which one should i buy for my youtube project- VOLUMAX OR PHOTOMOTION??

I wouldn’t be able to choose for you I’m afraid. Photomotion is our tool, Volumax isn’t so therefore I’d recommend reading reviews of Photomotion users to see if Photomotion fits your bill. Visit our helpdesk

Hi!, great looking product. Can you advise where I can hire someone who uses this software?

Thanks Jevanchow, we are looking into building a database of Photo Motion experts in the near future, but in the meantime you can hire After Effects experts from sites like Envato Studio (https://studio.envato.com/) or Upwork (https://upwork.com). Visit our helpdesk

Is this the new update version of Photo Motion Pro to re-download it.

Still does not work. I will contact help disk. Thank you.

Thank you Tom very much for your help.

You’re more than welcome. I’ll make sure we keep you in the loop for all news related to new update :) Visit our helpdesk

Hi Tom, Any news about when the new update is going to be released.

Hey zeinab,

Absolutely! We decided to add a couple of new proprietary features into the update so it takes a bit longer than expected. Rest assured though, the new update is just behind the corner (plus we have some surprise for you guys for keeping you waiting!) Visit our helpdesk

I see that the Photo Motion Item Details page now mentions “After Effects Version CC 2018, CC 2017, CC 2016, CC 2015, CC 2014.” It no longer mentions CS6. Does this mean that Photo Motion can no longer be used with After Effects CS6?

Hi behappy,

we will be slowly moving away from CS6 support in all our apps as it is lagging behind the latest advances in technology (primarily computing optimization, scripted panels and updates to effects library). We understand some customers might have an issue with Adobe pricing policy for their Creative Cloud membership, therefore, we will maintain current CS6 releases but new updates (with exception of critical bug fixes) might come for CC users only. Saying that you can still use your CS6 version of Photo Motion in its latest release without any issues.

I typed in the link to watch tutorial but it only says “it flew away”. I feel lost and need some help.

Hey Sally,

you can find all video courses for Photo Motion here: https://help.integnity.com Visit our helpdesk

I still don’t see any video contents. Where should I look at?

You’d need to activate you license first and then look inside “My Products” page. Hop on a live chat if you are still having difficulties Visit our helpdesk

Just bought it , and activate already , but still can’t find any video teach me how to start ( install ) , one of the video in the zip file cannot be opened .

Hi there, you can find all tutorials here: https://help.integnity.com (just go to “My Products” and hover over your active Photo Motion license). Hope this helps, but let me know if I can help with anything else.

Thx !

i start to see the video “Animating using Layer Projection (Speed) ” ,

somehow there are two files in my folder named “PhotoMotion_CC” and “PhotoMotion_CC 2018” , both are not the same as the one in the video .

which one should i open ?

Depends on your AE version. New CC 2018 has some bug fixes included so if you are using AE CC2018 you should open PhotoMotion_CC2018

I don’t know if it’s technically possible to release your tool for Final Cut Pro / Motion users, but I would buy it in a heartbeat. Or a stand-alone program for the Mac. I can’t justify buying After Effects just for this one app (though I came close).

Hi Jason, definitely technically possible, though our main focus is on making Adobe products extensions at the moment. A standalone Mac app is something we would love to explore in the future as well.

Thanks for personally responding Tom. I’ll be first in line to buy your product if you release it for FCP/Motion or a stand-alone app!

Hi there – are there any tutorials about transitions and putting together several clips together? I looked through the tutorial list and this was the one thing that stood out, definitely keen to purchase though! Also is there a change log somewhere?

Hi dxeptive,

there sure is! We call it Slideshow Maker and it’s the easiest way how to put multiple rendered photo animations together. We have tutorials for both Speed Slideshow Maker as well as Pro version available on our help desk (you’ll need an active license to watch them).

Hope this helps, but let me know if I can help with anything else.

Great job, congratulations!

What is included in this update and do we have to redownload it!

Hi Zeinab,

we updated Photo Motion engine for the latest Adobe After Effects CC2018 release which caused some issues with certain lens flares and particles. Major update coming soon :)

Thank you Tom

Very Nice work!

I really want to use this product but I am running out of time for the project I purchased this for. Every time I attempt to use this AE file, the mac attempts to open it and it gets stuck at 11%. AE works fine for all my other projects, so I am at a loss for what to do next. Integnity chat was not responsive.

Hi Keith, we replied to your email you sent to our customer support pretty much immediately so it is likely you’ve missed it. Just to speed things up – can you hop on a chat now (https://chat.integnity.com) as we need some more information regarding your After Effects setup.

thanks for the help Tom. Problem solved

Hi! I would like to know if its easy enough to use for somebody that never used after effects before. Does your video tutorials cover from complete beginners?

Hi Marcus,

Absolutely! We have several full length video curses available for our customers, all of which include step by step instructions so all you really need to do is to follow them and you’ll be able to use Photo Motion in no time even if you had no previous experience with After Effects.

You can have a look at some free videos available on our helpdesk https://help.integnity.com and see if they are good fit for you :)

Hope this helps, but let me know if I can help with anything else.
