This file does not render, at all. I’ve tried multiple computers in our office and it won’t render at all.

Can’t render project in resolution more than 540p – Media Encoder gives error. And the project is toooo havy, so slow for render.

Can you tell me the color combo that we need to use to get it to the gold showed in the preview? I wasn’t expecting the reds and pinks at start up.

We found and purchased the Regular license gold art deco Effects file on Friday from VideoHive here: https://videohive.net/item/awards/22151845. We’re having a bit of trouble with the template —here’s a screenshot of what we’re seeing: https://prnt.sc/pipypn

Every clip seems to be like this upon first glance. Usually, anything like this boils down to missing footage but in this case, the bars appear a bit different than usual; and I can’t seem to find the source of anything missing.

Please advise on how this can be fixed within the Effects software. Thank you for all your help!
