Are the in and out transitions key framed? You shouldn’t have to speed ramp in order to get them to transition in and out correctly. If you didn’t do that then it’s not worth it, Too much trouble.

In each item folder you can find a MOTI and MOV file extension.

Is there a way to resize in FCP X? I can’t seem to figure it out.
Do you want to resize the entire Title?
if you looking for this, there’s panel on right side of Final Cut that you can find resize option, Find Title Inspector and then Title Scale Hope it helps you
