If you’ve used After Effects before, then you’d be able to change
Each layer separately (Texts/Background Lights/Booze Glasses/Logo)

However, if you’re after changing the Beer glass color into one color,
While changing the Wine glass into another color ,
That would be impossible since they’re all pre-rendered on the same layer.

Unfortunately, this was quite a lengthy process involving 3D Meshes & Particle simulations, and exporting to within After Effects.
It’s not easy to replicate on the fly nor create a system that will, at least not for a one man crew
