Thank you for the frequent updates. The ‘RGB’ templates producer(s) don’t seem to like because it predominately green. I’m not sure if it’s easy to change the color ourselves, or make it more of a whiter tone

Hi! I was waiting for 4K and I’ve just bought transitions. They are not working. Technically, “4K” means a horizontal resolution of 4,096×2160 – so this is the resolution in my project. I am working in 25fps. But these transitions are in 3840×2160 – 30 fps How can I make it works?

I’ m sorry to hear that, but the most common resolution in 4K is the (3840×2160). I have created for you a video tutorial that explains how you could convert it in the other 4K resolution (and any other resolution). It’s easy. Mind that the fps don’t matter. Hi, I have recently purchase your pack and I have premiere cc. However, when i try to import it, all the sound file and transition files are all in red colour, meaning media cannot be locate. Did I do anything wrong?
Would you be able to guide me thru step by step on how to use your transitions on to my video?

Hi there, thanks for the purchase! First you have to open the premiere pro file or import it to your project. If you see unlocated media file hit the locate button and choose the Item’s folder. You could watch the video tutorial about the transitions. Let me know if that works! Regards
I recently purchased this pack and every time I try and open it my Premiere spends ages trying to locate media then crashes. Any suggestion?

Hello Please, I purchased the transitions pack and I cant get it to work on my sequence. It works fine on the example sequence but once I copy it and past into my project sequence it turns the clips into multiple blocks.
I am working on a 1080 sequence, do I need to adjust anything?

The update to this version of premiere pro is free if you have a subscription on Adobe cloud. If you do not have a subscription, you could ask for a refund from Envato support.
