Hello, i am having issues with using this template. It wont even preview.
Hi Busayo, I am really sorry for the inconvenience already caused, but in order to provide quick as well as efficient support further details are needed. Please sent me: (info@pixamins.com) 1. your computer specs (mac/pc, vga card, ram, cpu) 2. Any warning message inside AE if there is any 3. A .jpg screen inside Elemend 3d plugin.
P.S. Make sure you did follow the model installation video tutorial included in your .zip file.

Can I swap out and use my own devices?
Of course you can use your own devices. There are no pre-renders in this template!
Hi Pixamins ! Firstly, let me say this is a great template. Thank you.
I have a small problem.
I have selected all the scenes that are required for my video, then I started to apply basic reduction of opacity at the end of each scene(in the layer Transform menu) and I have used a same principle in next scene(this time it started a scene whit keyframe = opacity 0% and in a second or 2 it goes to 100%).
My problem is when scenes fade to 0% opacity, there is a black screen in between, this does not appear when I watch a ram preview inside After Effects(everything fades to white as it should, and the next scene begins), but when i render the video in Media Encoder, between every scene there is a black fade out. Background of my composition is white.
Could you help me out please ?

In case you are in hurry try placing a solid color layer on top to do the fade in or out work.

Hi. When I insert the placeholders screen in to the phone placeholder, the inserted screens looks blurred and dark.
I have tried to change the color settings of the placeholder in E3D, but it still has this grainy effect on all my inserted screens…

Here are the answer I got in order to resolve it.
1.GO to E3D layer down below in the “Output” Settings Change the “FXAA Smoothing to 0
2.Uncheck the “Compress Textures”
3. Concerning the scene lighting experiment with the “light control” layer controls.

I’m getting a warning message “after effects warning: this project contains references to missing effects element”
Hi. “App pro for element 3D” is an element 3D project as clearly stated in the description page! So my guess is that you don’t have e3d plugin or you might have a previous version. Thanks
I’ve install the plugin but now there is a new issue that the devices are not showing?
Happy to hear you are in the right path. Concerning the “missing” devices, I have included, in your download folder, a dedicated model installation tutorial.
I didn’t understand… what download folder?
The .zip file is the file you have already download from envato. In this file there is a “tutorial” folder. Check this folder for the video tutorials.

My advice has always been to carefully read the description page of the item before purchase.
Concerning the refund, unfortunately there is not such a procedure so that an author can refund a buyer!
From my side its really not fair to download 2 templates and pay the 1!

Hi, 4K on Element 3D needs a wild graphics adapter !
I have a high performance PC + Mac. If you can prepare the project as 4K I want to buy it.

Unfortunately in order to prepare a 4K version needs time and as stated its for less users, maybe I will schedule it as an update in the future (in same template)
