We are ** and we ordered 4 licences of “Big Pack” (licensee “by third party” cause we can’t purchase on videohive so we have to purchase through this reseller).

We really need your help cause we encountered issues with both installation and use of “Big Pack” with our Mac. First we install Big Pack on one Mac (with an Admin session) and we see Ae Viewer but if the station is connected to our network the AeViewer Window does not start and After Effect crash. AeViewer only works fine if the network cable is disconnected… So we need a solution to fix it. We want to AeViewer works when the station is connected to our network (Also we are not allowed to modify our network setup due to the company security policies).

In addition, the AeViewer does not start with other user session. AeViewerBP “option” is available in “Window – Extensions” but no Window appear when we choose it and it’s very important for us to use AeViewer with different user session without install the pack on each local session.

Please answer me by email and if you want I can share our license certificate.

I am getting a couple of errors when I try to open the extensions window:
