Hi, I bought this product and seems the the background is not working unless I’m doing something wrong. Sorry, I’m new to AE but never had similar problem before. After editing all text holders, adding music and media holders and when I click the “Render This Comp” composition to the render queue there is no background after rendering. I’m mean is nothing similar to what’s on the demo. Also, when I open the project for the first time there is a message from Adobe saying (4 items are missing since you last saved this composition). Can you please help?

Sorry about the delay. Didn’t get a notification of your comment. Is there any way I could contact you so I can see what you’re getting when you render? Your issue sounds like the files aren’t in the right folders when you were extracting.

How can we edit the text of video ?
There are text placeholders which you can open up and just simply type whatever you want. Let me know if anything is still not clear

You would require Adobe After Effects CS6 or higher. The format of the file is AEP, which works with Adobe After Effects. If you’re still unsure about how to edit it, I can for a small fee make the video for you.
