Very disappointed. No tutorial very difficult to work on the template. I feel tricked because the footage you used, is not included. When you watch the preview, it looks great, but there is no way you can make your own video look like yours. I paid $20 and the only usable parts are where I can put my own text. It wasted a lot of my time rendering the project with unusable outcome. Why are all the backgrounds all black and not transparent?
Hello Karin Loots ! Sorry, but pictures in placeholders always used just only for videopreview, I have not rights to sell it. Please note that your complaint was the first for this project, even though it was bought for 55 times. Perhaps you have not installed plugins Trapcode Particular, Trapcode Form and Optical Flaers. Please use the version with prerendered elements in that case. And if possible – send print screen of how the project looks on your computer. I’m sure it’s just a mistake. I checked – the project works well

In the video area, when I put my own video in, does the ‘information’ background remain, or does it all get replaced with my video? (I’m referring to the bluish information background, not the larger purple background)
