Im confused with the regular license fee. Does it basically mean we can use this pack once and thats it? Or does the $27 give you everything to use over and over again and stays in your Final Cut programme?

This is a really high-quality pack, but it’s not as flexible as I was hoping for – there are many things that I can’t change. Be aware before purchasing that unless your needs align really tightly with what’s in the demo video, you should look for something.

I purchased this pack and am having problems with the titles and lower thirds displaying the words I edited. For Example, I used “Lower Third 17” and when I put in a name like ‘Smith’ on the top line then a word like ‘Drums’ on the bottom line. I let it render and when I play it back it will say ‘Smith’ ‘D MS’ I’ve tried everything and don’t know why it’s deciding to leave out random letters. Had the same problem with Title 6. I think there’s a glitch within the pack. I would appreciate a refund as these are unusable. Such a bummer cause on paper these look great but they don’t work. Thanks! Cory

Clarification on the license. So by “single end product” do you mean I can only use this in one YouTube video and that’s it?
No, you can use it on an unlimited amount of videos within ONE Youtube channel. So if you have 2 channels, you would need 2 licenses. Simple.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, there is a tickbox that says “Use Background”, if you untick it, there will be no background. The color can also be set, right above that tickbox.

i just purchased the pack and i m having trouble seeing it in Final cut Pro x after copying the folders 1,2,3,4,6 to Tiles and 6 to transition .. it just doesn’t show up in the Final cut pro software ? any help is appreciated here. are there any instructions out outthere that can follow ?

Yes, the logo can be replaced. Most or all glitches have been fixed or resolved. If you encounter any issue, we will be there of course.

Im having an issue with the lens flare on line 2 of the Title 01 title effect. The lens flare ends halfway through the second line instead of running to the end. Here is a shot of where it ends. The lens flare that usually moves across the entire second line of text from the left to the right. It stops in the middle of the second line. It doesn’t move from left to right. It moves from left and finishes where I took the screenshot. Here is a capture of the problem.

I will take it to the designer in charge and either issue a fix or help. He will back at his machine in about 9 hours from now, hope it can wait until then!
yup. No rush. I even tried creating a new project but the issue remains even without any customization of the title screen. When I play it, it does the same thing. I tested it on 10.3.4 on my MBP and it does the same thing.
It seems to be a FCPX specific issue, it renders fine in Motion. We are on to it and will issue a fix shortly!

I have been having trouble with this product. Whenever I try to save the video it keep giving me “error saving video” I am unable to save my work. Sometimes when it does with other titles, it is giving me missing letters from words every time a render. Its very frustrating. The product doesn’t work properly for me.
Hi, it probaby has nothing to do with the pack but with the FCPX or your machine. The product cannot “prevent” saving your work. By “Saving” are you trying to export the video or just save the project?
Hi. Evidently, it is preventing me from exporting my file for some of the titles. When I delete the titles from my work its exporting within seconds. And as for some other elements, the words goes missing after exporting. My machine and FCPX is fine and latest version. Everything else is working just fine.
On the end screens, if I choose the youtube version (where I can put my end cards in on youtube) the video frames are just too low, the frames won’t allow my videos to “fit” inside of them. Take a look. https://youtu.be/GSjSE_wJI1Q

Hi I downloaded this today but have been having trouble changing the text. I am missing letters from words every time a render. Its very frustrating. I have double checked that I have entered the words in properly.
Hi, this is a FCPX 10.4 issue. Apple has done something to their render-engine which for some bizarre reason fails to render some letter of a few fonts, totally randomly. We are working on a workaround for that bug but hope that Apple is addressing this issue on their next patch/update for FCPX. Meanwhile try using a different but similar looking font that doesn’t have this issue with 10.4. Sorry and thanks!
Hi, I am unable to play any of the transition, titles as it lagged very badly. Please advise urgently on how I can resolve this.
Btw, I am using Final Cut Pro version 10.4 Whenever I put the transition or title into the video, a pop up comes out “The video properties of this is not recognized. Click ok to use the settings below or click cancel to automatically set your properties from.”

Hi, Yes it is. So is there a specific properties that I have to use for the titles to work?
I did adjust the properties many times where the warning screen does not appear but the title/transition animation would still lag when I played it.
For example, when I pressed play, it will goes straight into 40 secs into the animation already then stops. Then jumps to the 1 min of the animation then stops and jumps again to 2min and jumps again to the ending and ended.
You need to render out these animations as video in order to have a proper video file that wouldn’t “lag” anymore. What you are seeing is just the preview which depends highly on the performance of your machine.
