Hello… The preview promo video of the “Ancient Logo Reveal” is AMAZING. I love the overall tone of the scene and just had to have it, so I purchased it yesterday, March 2nd.
However, much to my dismay, the scene is nothing like the preview shown. There are major elements missing such as the rooms with the doors, the stonework and columns. The file only has the logo, nothing else. Where are the textures and the rest of the components that make this whole project dynamic?

Hi I just purchased this and have the same problem, I can see the emblem opening with motion at beginning so 3D plugin is working, but pillars and doors with textures are all not visible. I need this asap please for a very important project. idexpose@mail.com please send simple 1, 2, 3 instructions asap
