Hi, Can we upscale this project to 4K or more ?

Question. I’ve never purchased one of these. Are you able to make up the amount of followers and likes and count? I am trying to think of a new way to pitch Instagram as a service and I have a ton of accounts I could use as samples that show incredible success….but this potential client doesn’t even have an instagram so I want to paint the….”what it can be” ... Please let me know. I appreciate your quick response.
