Hello, just purchased and when I try to download it wont let me. It only lets me download the folder with Assets, Documentation, Tutorial and World Map. Can you please show me how to download the actual app/editor. THanks

Hi, just purchased this item, looks great. On thing though when a change a camera position at a keyframe it shifts the other keyframe positions, any help? Thanks
Hi, thank you for your purchase! You have probably selected other keyframes by mistake and change the position and they all have followed. Hi, thanks for stopping by. For example, if you make one single end product with it you can use it in numerous videos as long it’s a same video, every new change and next project requires a new purchase of standard license. Extended licenses are only for commercial projects, when end user is charged for. I hope it makes sense

Hi, thanks for purchasing and your kind words! What I’ve meant with that statement is vector files can be rasterized ( when you scale or zoom it wont loss quality) but image is pixelated and it will lose quality.
That is only if you want to change default map in the background with some other one
Thanks for your message — really what I was trying to do was change the map image to one that I’ve created. I’m making a map for an island that’s too small and doesn’t show up in the world map included. Can I add my own map and have it function the same as the one included? Thanks again for your help.

Question – can you show a complete world map and set a “ping” in each country we want to represent? We would need 88 “pings” at one time.

Similar question, is each country on the map a separate element? Can I change the colors of each of the countries to highlight 12 or 15 different ones?

Hey, thank you so much for your purchase and your kind words! It would be really complicated to add positions because it’s tied together. But there is a easy way out, just create two projects and start the second one from position where the first one ended. You render out two videos and connect them together.

question. i am interested in your map. It says up to 10 points in a row. We are currently in 11 countries so I need the ability to show 11 countries and their info. 10 is one fewer than I need. Is it possible to have 11 countries and info?

Can this project be scaled for 4K use? Is the world map fixed or can I use my own?
Unfortunately it can’t be scaled to 4K but you can use your map as long as your map is vector not image. Best regards!

Sorry, video tutorials are in the file, I would have to upload them somewhere else. There is 4 tutorials in this project,01 intro how to set up destinations 02. changing elements on destinations 03. setting timing, and in the end 04. rendering. So my customers can use this file easily. They are with voice-over on english language FULL HD resolution 60fps. Of course you can always count on my help if you get stuck.
You can zoom how much you want and it will not loose any quality
