just purchased this but in after effects it will not let me save the .aep file or save as a copy…? need help
That should have nothing to do with this template. That’s probably something related to write permissions on your computer’s disk. Please contact me directly from my profile page and I’ll try to help you resolve the issue.

Hello, just purchased and would like to know how to remove and re-position layers such as square footage and icons etc. Also, how do I adjust the size of layers such as the logo. I would like it to appear larger. Can you please tell me how to accomplish?

can i make the video less than 10 images per house? also, can i just make the video for a single house instead of multiple?
Yes you could, and the rest of the thumbnails will be left empty. Also you could make the video for only one house but it’s not planned to be used that way. Let me know if you need help adjusting the slideshow to fit your needs – just send me a direct message from my profile page.
Hi, I purchased your template and i don’t want to use the data.txt. I cannot figure out where are the main compositions to change 1- In the intro the texte of facebook website etc. 2- on the property (I am ending up on the solids “property and Intro but where are the comp linked to thoses solids?) thank you ——UPDATE…. sorry I had shy ON

Hey, just bought this template and I can’t get the path to the data file working. I am on a Mac so I am guessing it is different to your video. Also, is there anyway to edit the prices etc without using the data.txt file?
Thank you for your purchase. Yes, it can be a bit tricky to set it up on a Mac device. But if you don’t need that feature, you can just turn it off by unchecking “Use external data” in the settings panel. After that you can just fill the data like you would do in any other template. That’s just an additional feature added for convenience – you don’t have to use it! Let’s try to resolve it anyway, I will get back to you directly on your mail.

Before i made the purchase i have a few questions to ask :
1- Up to 10 images means i can’t make more it’s the limit right ?
2- Could i use the video for only one property and extend the preview delay between each slide?
3- Could i add more social networks links and phones?
4- It ispossible to repeat the logo and texts animation every 2 slides ?
5- Do i get what i ask for because i do not have experience with after effects

1. Yep, up to 10 images max. 2. Yes, you could do that but it’s not built to be used like that in the first place. 3. Not by default, but you can easily add that if you know how to do it in After Effects. 4. Not by default, you would have to do it by yourself (basic After Effect knowledge required) 5. This is a template. You can create videos like you see in the video preview. If you want to make different use case, you would have to modify it by yourself (After Effect knowledge required).

Hi, great product. How do I hide certain elements such as the square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms? If I’m doing a tour of a community instead of a home then those elements are not necessary.
