Is there any missing files, it gives no way to relink ? Whats going on?
Great product design! I love the fact that it uses Element 3D and we have great control over how the scenes are rendered and can customize this studio as needed.

Hello Altuha, I’m new to all of this, my goal is to setup a news channel on Youtube. What programs will I need on my PC to use your product? Is this going to be difficult if I don’t know how to use these programs? I see your clients above are having issues with their downloads, has this been resolved? It’s a really great concept, I hope I can use it and not struggle. Thanks for your feedback.
Hi. You shoul know After Effects and plugin Element 3D. Otherwise it will be difficult for you

I have purchased the product, but the files I downloaded seem to be either damaged or incomplete. The project reports that there are 5 missing textures, which were NOT included in the zip file download. Also (I’m not sure if it’s related to the missing textures) the front edge of the news desk is missing from the model and also the video monitor is missing a piece on the left side. Please help!

Really dude? There are bits and pieces that are obviously missing from the 3D set model, the project file opens with errors even after re-linking files, and you tell me everything is “fine”? Really?
Can you please fix the model and re-post the project? That’s just sloppy, amateur work. I like the project, but not when it has obvious flaws. You should be more professional if you’re going to sell your work for money.
you didn’t described briefly what exactly is not working, from your screenshot everything was ok. Can send screenshot with brief description with what do you want?
I appreciate that you have fixed the problems with your models. I am very happy with the result I was able to achieve, which was excellent. I (now) heartily recommend your template. Well done!
