Yes, you can. You need Element 3d plugin to use this project and it allows you to convert your vector image (or bitmap image of qood quality) to 3d geometry inside After Effects.

You need to create (or import) masks for your logo and specify this mask layer in Element3d settings. There is more detailed explanation in readme.pdf and video tutorial.
