Hi. You need to create a new Logo contour (see page 2 Help.pdf). By default, there is VideoHive logo contour.

I did. In doing so, it changed the final part but not the beginning part.

Hi. You have a complicated logo – after “Auto-trace” there are few contours, but only one contour needed, so you can create one necessary contour. In “LOGO contour” composition – delete all masks of the top layer “Auto-traced LOGO outer contour” and (by using Pen tool) create new one closed contour – i.e. the “Auto-traced LOGO outer contour” layer must have one mask-contour.
