Just bought. My template is missing Hello 2 text layer? Please explain. Everything else is there but no Hello 2. It is in the half pdf but not in my project screen

The text “Hello” and “Hello 2” (as you called it) have the same source (text layer № 20 in the composition Part_01. When editing this text layer, you are changing both texts at the same time – this was intended to be the color inverse of this text. If you want to write 2 different words (or lines) in this place, then you need to follow a few simple steps. It’s confusing as your HELP pdf has 2 layers for Hellow. hello 1 is number 20 and Hello 2 is number 13. I only have 1 layer for both. When I change the font to ‘metropolis’ only Hello 1 changes to that don’t Hello 2 stays as the default font.
Hi All – Issue Solved! When I downloaded the exact font ‘Gilroy extra bold’ it worked perfectly. The 2 Hello’s now are the same font just one is black and one is white. When I used a different font the switch didn’t work. Please use Gilroy extra bold to avoid any issues guys. Thank you for your quick response Shymoff. Hello! how can I change the size of the text area when there is a box drawn around the text? (e.g. in page 2) it seems to be locked. I have 2 words to fit in but they are in the wrong position when I put them in 1 under the other.
Hello! Sorry for the long wait! Parts 2, 3 and 4 have layers called TEXT_PLATE and TEXT_FRAME. These are shape substrates and text frames. You can change their size under their text. To do this, select this layer (for example, TEXT_PLATE) and in the “Effect Controls” window (it can be turned on from menu Window >> Effect Controls) you will see two sliders – Width and Height. Adjust with their help the dimensions of your frame or substrate as you are necessary.
