When replacing the logo and following the instruction to “create shapes from Vector Layer” in AE I lose all colour in my logo. How do I retain the colours?
Hi I am running into some issues with the file in AE CC 2018 it says ray traced 3D out of paged mapped memory for ray tracer. Try closing other applications. I own a 970 gtx which should be more than enough. I can’t even see the preview. it keeps freezing. I have 32 GB of Ram and 4GB video ram. This shouldn’t be happening what am I missing?
Also it says I am missing an effect called “Particular”
Nevermind I found out why this isn’t working, the ray tracing engine is not supporting my graphics card
I think it would be wise if you mentioned that the technology is not compatible with every video card at the moment. here is the link
