I have 3 questions. 1. can i use and edit this with Filmora (Wondershare) using a pc? 2. Can i shorten my length time or do I have to use the whole 15 seconds? 3. Can i change the electric light colors?
1. No you can not edit this with Filmora, This project is fully made by after effects, so if you need to use it then you have to edit this with after effects. 2. yes you can shorten your time length. 3. yes you can change the color. Thanks
