How can I change the background from black to white? any help please!
You will need import it in some Video software. ( recommend: adobe after effects ) and them put your white or any background below the mov layer. The After Effects recognize the alpha channel from the Wire Brain mov file. So after this, just export/render in any desired format.

Hi xexmple, the mov main file is a high quality version. With it you can re export in any desired format. You can use severals video encoders to do this job. If you need some help to export, please email me.
