How can I make each text has different color (5-6 colors).. Now there are only gray, blue and white

I am very interested in all these stuff, I have a lot of kinetic videos to make and I cannot continue to pay through the nose to experts because I am a geek myself. I was part of those who used Macromedia Flash those days to build animated website. So every time I have animation stuff to do I always feel bad about paying others to do it for me.
1. I want you to break it down for me, what do I need to edit this template? 2. Did you create the entire thing with Adobe After Effect from scratch? 3. Would I need to learn Adobe after effect all the way and is there any other software I need to learn how to use?

You need english version of After Effects.
Thanks, in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2014\Support Files\zdictionaries, i rename the file: “after_effects_de.dat” and restart my german after effects cc vision. Now all problems have been solved.
