I purchased this a couple days ago and can’t get it to work. There are no directions on how to use it. Half of the videos say: “This file isn’t playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.” I’ve tried to contact someone to request a refund but have gotten no response..

Hey, I am just about ready to purchase and use this, but I wanna be sure if the background will not be checkered like it is on the demo, I don’t want the background in my video messed up. That nearly happened with a set of twinkling stars I ordered in this site. Thanks!
No need to worry. The no.2 and no.3 files are rendered on a transparent background. Is the twinkling stars set you purchased one of my item? Because I know some people have problem importing Apple ProRes 4444 to Adobe Premiere and After Effects. If so, I will send you my file in different video codec or image sequence.
No, the twinkling stars were not yours, but good thing I’d be able to salvage them. I just wish I knew that black would darken a video background, I guess I’ll have to bring that up to the person I ordered them from. Anyway, I just wanted to be sure your sets of dizzy stars/birds would be easily applied on any video, without messing up the background, since they were not on green screen.
Oh and, the person who handles my vfx work, uses after effects…
If he is using Mac, then I think it is fine to use After Effects.

Ok, I have just bought this pack, but my media player (WMP) cannot support it, so I cannot see it, I do hope my vfx guy can access and use it though…

Beautiful!!! I def plan to use it in my next video(s)! That is of course if the background will not effect the background in a video. I recently bought a pack of twinkling stars which had a black background, and it turned out useless since black affects a video background, rendering it dark.
