Stevepfx, Monkeysnc asked for the scene to have different sizes for the books. Is that possible now? The reason I ask is because in the promo video on VideoHive, it shows a segment where the books are sliding across the screen in different sizes.
I’ve tried but when I adjust the book thickness, all the books are adjusted together.

I have one question, I only wanted this template to do a spin of the 3d book (in place). So I went to the SC06 comp, solo’d BoxMain and turned off Position animation. Looks great, but I just wanted the initial spin to take a little longer, but when I moved the keyframes at 04:10 a little later, the front cover now pops in randomly (when it should be the back face) in the middle of the turn. I’ve tried disabling the camera and didn’t make any difference…
Do you know how I can fix this? Thanks!

Thanks for the template. One question: how can I adjust the height of the book to fit my cover? My cover isn’t as tall and when I adjust the height, there’s still a blank space above it. Any ideas?

I mean I guess I can pair it with thre previous files, but if I delete everything or download the template on other computer, it would’t work. Because there arent the previous files in the template.

how thickness can be done in inches or cm? i have a very big book
I did not test this template for the book thicker than in the preview video. I can not say how this will work. But I can do a test for your book. Could you send a picture of your book? I’ll check how this template will work for a very thick book.

i think it is ok what you showed me in youtube, my book is 3 to 3,5 inches (about 9-10 centimeters)
when do you released this option? is there any manual how to use the mockup?
The project file includes a help file with description of the configuration process. I need a couple of days to test with a different thickness of the book. I have to be sure that a book with any thickness will look good. But if you need this project urgently I can send you a link to the archive with the updated file right after you buy this project.

Yesterday we bought your design called videohive-20660472-book-mockup.zip, however we are experiencing two issues with the AEP file. The first problem is that our book is 640 pages, the spine is 4.5cm thick and the we can’t make the 3D book look any thicker. The second problem is that we can’t place the back cover jpeg file on the placeholder. There is probably a mistake with the settings, because eventhough we select the imported back cover jpeg file, the AEP file replaces it automatically with the front face again. As we are getting ready to start selling our book in a few days, we need your urgent help. Thank you in advance. PS: If you don’t receive a reply today we will have to request a full refund.

Out of curiosity – how did you managed to put the compositions into the !Finish composition ? There is only control layer and text layers . I am either blind or stupid, ‘cos I can’t seem to figure this one out (I think I will manage to work with it either way, it just bugs me that I duno how you did it :)) )

Can this book be adjusted to a book that is more of a horizontal formatted book instead of vertical?
Unfortunately this is not possible in this version of the project. I’ll try to add this option in a future update.

Hi, Book Mockup template was updated. In the new version is possible to adjust the thickness, width and height of the book. The thickness of the book can be changed from 20% to 250% from the original thickness. The height of the book can be changed from 50% to 120% from the original height. The width of the book can be changed from 20% to 200% from the original weight. Also, minor bugs were fixed. Regards, Steve

I added one more scene (SC 07 Composition ) in project. This scene contains 7 books that can be customized separately.
Placeholders folder contains Books For SC 07 folder, were you find placeholders for 7 books covers.
I need a couple more days to test everything and make a new help file.
After that, I’ll update the project on Videohive.

I have to say this guy is really awesome. The product in itself was outstanding, but I had a feature request. He replied (I kid you NOT!) in under 10 minutes and kept checking on me as a customer in order to make sure he made the correct adjustments. Did I mention he did this for free? Thank you for you (VERY) swift reply. As I said I have to animate about 20 books, all varying in thickness. So I guess I would be able to do my job if you get me versions at 40%, 60% and 80% of the current thickness. (Or give me one example and an explenation on what to change where.) Thx again!
