Only if they are from the Creative Commons section and under the right licensing. If the owner does not have them posted there they have to the right to send a take down notice.

It didnt say it right, ALL these images have the right creative commons licence that allow me to use these images at the preview of my template. I found them from flickr search: http://www.flickr.com/search/advanced/? and I checked only the “Only search within Creative Commons-licensed content ” and under that the “Find content to use commercially ”. AND we need release form if we sell images with people and I dont sell them.

I like the modern concept. It was well done. I am a photographer myself.
I only brought up the licensing topic because I have seen others use pictures without consent and since they are making a profit using the pictures for their templates. It is considered commercial us.
