The algorithm of adding the footage, changing the text and rendering is absolutely the same. Just follow the steps that are shown in tutorial.

Are you talking about “Cinematic Corporate Magazine.aep?” I have just downloaded it and it’s the same file that was rendered for the preview. Probably you have renamed it somehow and you’ve opened the wrong file.

I suggest you to download the file once again into the different folder and unpack the whole Cinematic Corporate Magazine folder from the .zip file into the different folder too.

The problem is that the name of the file its totally different at the name that you said. The name of the project that appears to me is: Project_Slideshow_Opener.aep

Oh, that’s really strange! I have never seen such a bug before. You definitely should contact the support. For them to fix this and give you the proper license.
