I bought the template called “Discussion on New Year”. I have some problem with it, it looks like something is missing, because the snowman disappears, cannot be seen. I tried all of the files, that were included in the downloaded zip archive. I tried to edit the template with Adobe AfterEffects version CC 2018. saved the video, thet was ceated from the template with the Aftereffect software, so as you can see the problem. please take look at it:

I can’t figure out what the problem is. Try downloading the zip file again. I just downloaded the files from videohive and that is all right.
Write then the problem was solved?
Hi, Dinohand, thank You for the tips, but unfortunately the problem did not go away. I re-installed the codec pack, and re-downloaded the zip file, but I have an error message from AfterEffects: “This Project contains references to missing effects. Please install the following effects to restore these references: 1: “FL depth of field” 2: “RSMB” Do you have sny other idea? Thanks in advance: Zoli
Inside zip you`ll find filie “Snowman_MerryChristmas_without_DOF_and_MB.aep”. It`s without effects.

hi, I have after effect CC 2018 and I can’t use your after effect project. It say 2 missing effect : ” FL DEPTH OF FIELD ” and ” RSMB ” . I don’t understand, whats going on ?
Hi. Yes, it’s the effects that are in the song “Snowman VFX”. In the project, this adjustment layer is turned off. Effects inks: FL Depth Of Field – http://www.frischluft.com/lenscare/ ReelSmart Motion Blur – http://revisionfx.com/products/rsmb/
You can just delete that adjustment layer. Or email me and I’ll send you the file without these effects.
Hi, your project is rly GOOD, i love it ! but seriosly I can’t buy 2 effect (300$) only for one project. Is there any way to upload your project without plugin needed ?
