Am I missing something or was the social media lower thirds not included in the purchase?

Ahh…the social media ones dont work with AE 2020 
... It says “2 footage files required to render composition ‘youtube’ are missing. Anyways to fix this? It says the same with snapchat and instagram as well.

In the most recent update (glitch 3) is there a way to make the logo precomp not appear as just a silhouette? right now its just a while outline of my logo but I want it to just be my logo without a fill color

Yes, I saw this on the start page. In your project are two folders: “Lower Thirds CS5+” and “Lower Thirds cc 2018+”. All now new added LowerThirds are only in the 2018+ project version. Is this right? Then please change your info about the required AE-versions.
Do you have to use AE and edit in AE or just download to your bin?

Trying to use one specific lowerthird multiple times in the same comp. Cant figure out how to get different text in each one of em. Pre-Composting doent do the trick. Any help there?

Hi, I don’t have AE. I have Apple Motion. Do you have these in Apple Motion format? I would need to render it in AM and then bring it into ScreenFlow. Also, is the music file included? Looks like yes, but doesn’t say. Thanks in advance.
Hi anilagrawal ,It’s only working with After Effects but i can render any lower third for you ,so you can import it to any software . The music is not included , it can be purchased separately from the link in the description .

When I try to type in text it gets covered by the matte. How do I extend the matte to make longer text visible?
