The template is designed to customize nearly every color, and the ending realtor information section is designed to be customized. While custom options for the narrative/ story aren’t a feature of the current template version, I organized the project so that someone with knowledge of AE could modify it. There are lots of markers, nothing is pre-rendered, scenes are organized as separate pre-comps, etc.

If you have questions or need a little advice while editing the project, I’m happy to help.

If you have a specific idea for a variation you’d like to see in the project, let me know. I might be able to update the project with that as an option.
