I’m frustrated, I bought this item but when I open it with AE it says that roughly 20 files are missing and that I cannot save my work. Resolve or refund?
This error can occur if you moved the project file, or the zip file was not fully unarchived. All related footage files are in the folder (Footage) in the archive.
