Sooo….why is this only in European frame rate. Cause when I change a 25fps video to 29.97 or 23.976 in AE the video gets choppy. Which is why other designer usually offer it in 29.97.
Hi! Frame rate can be changed! 
Go to project window, select your file – properties – file – interpret footage – main…. in “conform to framerate” tab set your new framerate!
