i just purchased and installed it following your installation video. when i copy and paste the purchase code and hit OK. nothing happens. the license window is still open. doesn’t matter how often i click ok or close it and restart AE for a retry. please help ASAP

Hello, I just updated after effects automatically to 2018 version. Then I couldn’t see AEViewer tab on the software even if I clicked many times. Now, I really have no idea what I have to do. 
Make sure that you have downloaded the latest version (currently 1.5) and followed up the instructions from the video tutorial.
I have reinstalled the latest version compatible with AE2018, but it still does not work. Do I need to uninstall the previous version? How do I do it?

Updated to CC2018 today and not working anymore on PC Windows 10…... tried reinstall but after opening after effects up the ae Viewer opens and asks for Code but after putting the Code in the window is empty !
