Hi, I am using Mac Os High Sierra v. 10.13.1. I just downloaded, but I got a message… After Effects error: The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects Version 11.0.1 (Windows 64) and cannot be opened with this version. See www.adobe.com/aftereffects for information on upgrading your software. what should i do?
Hi, You need After Effects CS 6 or latest version to open this project. And you can’t open it in AE CS 5 or 5.5 or any other older versions. Thanks..

That’s okay. It’s just the potential irony of what you were trying to say in that scene (I realise it was painting a picture of fiction though), but I’m sure you can re-render that scene in After Effects and upload a new MK2 Render to VideoHive above. Please feel free to (or have VideoHive editor via “Report” function) delete my comments.

My images immediately get very blurry when i drag them into the comp layer… Did anyone else have this issue?
Hi, Thanks for the purchase and sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. Can you tell me where exactly you drag your images. You have to drag and drop your images into the precomp named “Image_xx”. Here ” xx” means scene number. For every scene there’s a precomp named “Image_xx”. You have to open that precomp and drag and drop your images. Hope this should solve the issue. And sorry no one is reported this issue and the project works fine. Or else please contact us through mail using the mail box from our profile page ( or our mail is pixartstudios.vh@gmail.com) with the screenshots of the issue. We will fix that issue. Thanks..

Quick Question: Is there any way to limit or take out the blurring of the transition, it seems to be almost psychedelically having a weird effect on peoples faces like they are trippin’ on acid ;( Any way to keep the images clear or less crazyiness?

Hi, Thanks for the purchase. In all the scenes there is an adjustment layer with a blur filter which will be visible at the time of transition. First you have to switch on the “Shy Switch” to unhide all the layers and then make the visibility of that particular adjustment layer “OFF”. Also you can try switching off the extra layers of “Image_XX” (which is duplicated 5 times and kept in 3D space in all the scenes to give some depth) except the last base layer of “Image_XX” in all the scenes. Or please contact us through mail “pixartstudios.vh@gmail.com” so that we can send you a screen shot on how to fix this issue.
super helpful, thanks. Is there a way to turn off what seems like a x3 duplication of the image at the end… Everything else is perfect, but on faces, it can look kind of scary slicing up a clients face into 3 ;(
Hi, Sorry, we couldn’t understand the issue. Can you tell me where exactly the issue is happening like “Frame number” of the “Scene_” or the part of the the preview window. If you switch off all the duplicated 5 layers of “Image _” precomps it shouldn’t give any duplication issue. May be the camera move will be the reason for more closeup of the image in the scenes. For this you have to restrict the forward movement of the camera by adjusting its keyframes.. Thanks..
