Hello – I puchased this package yesterday, but I can’t open the files. Everytime I try to open, After Effects crashes (at opening 95%). It just stops working & I get a ‘not responding’ error.
Every other after effects file I own works normally. Please advice on what to do?

HI, the project takes realy long time to open, more than 10 minutes. after it opens I get the message that 7 files are missing each time and when I locate the files it crashes so I cant do anything… I spent nearly 2 hours in opening the project and I am not getting anywhere. 1. Please tell me, do you have the option to update your After Effects to the latest version. In the new version, Adobe optimized some hardware process.
2. Turn on cache http://j.mp/2qZnDvE
3. Possible slowdowns in the first time you open a project. Open the project and wait for 10-15 minutes until the full load and after that re-save to the new .aep , the project, the next time will be much faster.

Ok, I got it. Look, I found the files inside the .zip that I downloaded. Everything was uncompresedd but the content of this folder: C:\\Cooking_Delicious_1_1_e\(Footage)\02_Opener It is there, but cannot uncompress, or copy to another folder. It says that “This element is not found” But it is there. Will try to use another that winrar to extract the file. thank you!

I purchased, this project earlier and the file took almost 5 hours to open, it got stuck at 96%. Then once I have opened the file, it wouldn’t show any preview of the movie. Could you advise what to do? I’m trying to create a rush project.

1) please download the latest project version 2) if you have some problem with files check please video “windows fix” inside the archive 3) if the project is opening for a long time – it can be because after effects try to change the path for all files and it happens only when you open a project for the first time, after that you need re-save the project and in next time it will open a lot faster. Or place the project in C:/ directory. Watch please video tutorial it’s must help you, thanks.
Your are attemting to open file was create with After Affects 12.00 (macintosh 64) and cannot be opened with this version. On on ado after effects CS6/windows 10 – whats wrong???

yes opened cs6 now ok, but have another problem after effects warning: 1068 files are missing since you last saved this project
After effects have a bug on some windows comp when the project has many layers from photoshop/illustrator. ( we already sent response to adobe and waiting for answer)
All files assist and located in folder “footages” for fix this missing files problem: you need to replace path for a few files, then ae automatically find another.
1) Simply type the word “missing” into the search field in the Project panel, this will isolate all missing files.
2) After Effects has a file path column in the Project panel that will tell you the file path of the original file.
3) Then right-click the missing asset and relocate it to relevant path in “footage” folder

You should make fixed path C:/Cooking_Delicious_1_1_d for all pc users so path is always correct, can u make it and re-upload it ?
