I have just purchased this template. And honestly am a literal newbie to AE. I just downloaded the 2019 version and need it to make a montage video for my sisters wedding that is in less than 3 days. The problem that i encountered here is that whenever I click on editing the image, no template pops out. Am I using the wrong folder for it? Cause I tried out every version of yours and it is the same result.

After buying and downloading this project, I open it up in CC 2018 and it says there are 25 files missing!? Help? Or return my money.

Having a problem rendering a project in after affects on a sunny afternoon when i click the render button a window opens {4 footage files required to render comp are missing} I hit the OK and it starts to render the project 4 picture frames in it stops with another window { after effects error camera lens blur returned MAX_Result_Rect from PF_ cmd_SMART_PRE_RENDER [25::237] and stops completly this project is due within 3 days and i really need a fix ASAP thanks

Hi!.. I noticed the same problem that one person had a few time ago with an image moveing a little oddy… I thik it was “sequence 11”... but the issue only starts to hapend from “final sequence” outward… when you open the precpmp “sequence11” the tracking there is fine… also the “mirrored” version (I think it is “sequence1” is totally fine even to the final render comp)... any advice?

I’m using the composition 1080p_28 images and am still getting failed at 23:24 when I try to render. I have research your customers previous inquiries on this and you have stated that it is the lens blur that has been fixed. I’m not sure that it is fixed for this composition, as I have “just downloaded” your template last night. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, I render the work and I cannot get it rendered full HD as it keeps giving me an error. That is ‘after effect camera lens blur returned invalid max_rect from PF_Cmd_SMART_PRE_RENDER (25 :: 237)’ any solution for that? I use adobe AE cc 2017. I made a bit of research about it and it says that CC lens blur is problem. I am not sure how to fix it. Please HELP!

Hello, I want to buy this template but I saw the tutorial and it seems that i can’t add more time (photos) to the video (more than 42) because I only saw 1 timeline, and If I would like for example to lower some light effects in some parts, would that be possible?

I tought that it would be possible just to copy some scenes to do it longer, can I? its been a while since I used AE so I’m not sure just by looking the tutorial.

If this template does not have that option but [Photo Gallery on an Autumn Afternoon ] does please let me know and I will buy the one that can be edited the most.

Hi, Jiust purchased and followed instructions on video tutorial. It just does not work properly on my Samsung Galaxy Book. I have Windows 10 Home and After Effect CS6.

Following instructions I created a folder where I’ve uploaded the photo. I dragged and dropped as shown in the video but it’s impossible to resize and apply the photo. How do I fix it?

Sorry to bother you with the same thing, but I downloaded the files again yesterday for the update. I’m using the CC 2014 version (as the cc 2015 version did not open in my cc 2015 edition but the 2014 opened and converted) I’m just trying to render the 14 photo version and keep getting the error: Camera Lens Blur returned invalid max_result_rect from PF_Cmd_SMART_PRE_RENDER (25 :: 237)

Hello, I have 2 issues.

1. When I open the file from AE CC 2017, it gives me an error. “After Effects warning: 25 files are missing since you last saved this project.”

I had to open it using CC 2015 file. “After Effects: this project must be converted from version 13.8.1 (Macintosh 64). The original file will be unchanged.

2. When I render to create my file, it stops at 0:00:23:24. So my video output is only up to 23 seconds and then it ends.

The error message I get is: After Effects warning: logged 2 errors, please check log. First error was “Error: Camera Lens Blur returned invalid max max_result_rect from PF_Cmd_SMART_PRE_RENDER (25 :: 237)”.

I’m currently using the following: Final 1080p_14 images Macbook Pro and I also tried it on Windows as well. After Effects CC 2017

I need to get this done ASAP so quick reply will be appreciated.
