You can also do it the other way – duplicate the scene you need, then duplicate the placeholder and the title comps used in it and replace old placeholder and title with new ones.

To adjust the colours of background or stripes use the following steps:
1) on Project panel find Promo_MAIN_Render composition ( in folder Comps ) and double-click to open it on Timeline
2) select the upper layer of this composition – [Scene Control] layer
3) on Effect Controls panel you’ll find Background Color and Stripes Color sliders for colour adjustment according to your preferences.

You can easily edit these texts or switch them off.
On Project panel open: Comps (folder) > Texts (folder) > there are 3 text comps there – Text_01, Text_02, Text_03. Open them and either switch off the text layer or edit it.
