Thanks for purchasing Sync. I just found out today about the missing file. It seems that the Audiojungle author has deleted their entire portfolio. A shame, really. I’m visiting family until the 4th of January so I won’t be able to fix this before then, but I’ll try to find a replacement track as soon as I get back. Really sorry for the inconvenience.

I have the Problem (Promo 4), that the Music (Stomp VideoHive Version – Vincent_Vega) is still playing 0,5 – 1 second faster than the rest, so its not synchron with Text and Images perfectly. What can i do?

Did you place the audio track in the composition called 16860848 – Stomp? You can find it in the Audio Tracks folder in the Project Window. If that doesn’t help please send me a message through my profile page so I can reply via e-mail.

How do I deal with two words which are different in length for the ones with rectangles around them, leaves a large empty space as the rectangle is even from centre.

Sorry, I have just sent you a mail, the same question here, can I work in Full HD size? Because my pictures are all in HD size and don’t want to enlarge them any more.
Hello Daisuke,
You can work in Full HD mode instead of 2K by opening the promo composition you want to edit and then going to File > Scripts > Scale Composition. Then select the 2nd option (New Comp Width) and enter 1920. This will rescale the entire composition (along with all layers) down to Full HD. You’ll still have to enlarge your photos in the Image Set composition but that won’t matter because they’ll be scaled back to 1920X1080 when you hit the final render. Let me know if that helps!

Does it sync with the audio that is on the preview or can you add your own audio and it syncs with that audio?
Hi there, I’m afraid the edit doesn’t automatically sync to any audio. You can always manually edit the cuts to your preferred track. Let me know if that answers your question!
