Please check up your Render settings ( Render Queue window ) and set them to Best settings ( they can be set to Current settings by default ). Then choose Output format you need and render.

I found it will get blurly only if a choose the video size to quarter. No problem at BEST & FULL setting. thanks. Love your works and great response time!

Yes, Resolution setting affects the quality of the preview.
Tip: the higher quality of preview – the lower speed of preview render.
So it’s useful to set this parameter to Third or Quarter when you edit the composition for faster work (this setting doesn’t affect the quality of final render)
