Hello, I made the mistake of buying 2 times your same template .. can I have a refund?
Hi… I dont have the power to give refund. Only themeforest author have that power.. you may contact envato directly to ask for refund.. see this link for guide..https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund- I hope it will work for you. Thanks..
Thanks! I like your project and used it here. It was easy to use and very much as advertised, which is a good thing.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6gUOfL06_Q I do have questions and will forward them to you soon. Again great template!
Thanks!! Great job! Sure just contact me..
I used your excellent project here again in a longer version of these misheard lyrics. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbEfTDCQonk
Thanks! Great looking project!
Very interestingly done! I liked this work !! I see that quality and taste!
I commend you on a beautiful work, however your instructions are unfortunately less than stellar. Given the complexity of the project, more thought should have been given to how to actually customize the piece via MORE PRECISE INSTRUCTIONS / EXAMPLES, for those of us who supported you with its purchase.
Your instructions are very sparse and vague. To be fair to you, with time the elements and pieces can be sorted out – but it does lend itself to becoming frustrated because your guide is not really a guide.
It’s a shame – if the follow-up on how to use the project were more complete, I have no doubt the project would be a top-seller.
I would suggest you give some thought to improving your guide and perhaps including a tutorial or two. Having to guess and conduct trial and error sampling is counter-productive.
I give the project (its visual and appeal) a 5 star rating. I give your instructions on how to use, a negative 3 rating. I don’t mean to be so harsh, but c’mon man – you could do better.
I will use the project, it will just take a little time to “figure-out” how to customize the elements.

Ok sir! Thanks for the kind words.. will take a good point and improve. Thanks agai
Hello!
I am trying to manipulate (in this case) Scene 3 – the TEXT instances (you called them News Elements #) – specifically, I do NOT want the content to be the same across these elements, I would like them to be EACH INDEPENDENT of the other regarding their headline, byline and body of context.
Currently when changing ONE (for example News Element 3) it changes ALL of them to the same text – I don’t want that – I need to have EACH HEADLINE (and their associated text content and byline to be NOT associated with any other NEWS ELEMENTS (even multiple instances of the same label).
Please advise as to how I might do this (currently using both CS6 and CC2015).
Thank you for your attention to this detail.
Hello.. You are right. Here is what you can do… select the News Elements 3 layer in Scene 3 comp, right click > reveal layer in Project > then duplicate it (ctrl+D) . It will create/duplicates new comp(in project window). Then while holding the Alt key, drag the new duplicated News elemenent comp to the News Elements 3 layer on Scene 3. Release mouse click first. Release it while you hovering on top of the News Elements 3 layer you want to replace (make sure the News Elements 3 layer is selected first). Then you can edit texts in the new duplicated news elements you made. You can repeat the steps on other News elements you want to replace. Let me know how it goes and goodluck
Hi… I followed your instructions (above) and it appears what I am trying to accomplish, worked. THANKS FOR THAT…
It appears to be an independent element from all the other ones in the scene and I can edit it accordingly.
I appreciate it very much.

Great! You’re welcome..

I have another question for you. I read your “guide” regarding box scale and while I understand its premise, I would like to know where to turn off / hide / adjust the shape. Right now it seems I’m unable to control its properties/effects. Changing its opacity / timing / expansion of the shape is a non-starter. What layer / folder should I be working with?
Also regarding the Scene 15 graphic frame placeholders how do I readily identify each one in the comp window? Right now it’s trial and error when trying to select the targeted placeholder. Each one should have been identified individually (graphically) in the comp window so selection would be easier.
I really like the end result of the product, it’s just a bit time consuming trying to figure out where each element / component is actually located and controlled when replacing or inserting our own elements in this project. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi I will be answering later today. Im outside with no laptop to look at the file thoroughly.. sorry. Thanks
I have been waiting patiently for some time. Because of a time deadline, I had to move on using ANOTHER template. As much as I wanted to use yours, it is apparent that while your CANNED demo is nice – the lack of a good instruction guide and the lack of support after purchase, brings me to the conclusion you are NOT serious about helping those who help you by buying your product.
It is a shame – I was looking forward to recommending your product for other projects, but unfortunately documentation and customer support is not high on your list of priorities.

Ok then. Whatever you feel about my service is 100 percent your right to voice it out. And you’re absolutely right. And I dont want to state the reason of this late reply, because it doesn’t matter anymore. I appologize for the bad service. I hope you will find a better templates and better after sale service. Dont buy from me again.. Im bad…
.
Anyway regarding your questions. Im not sure what shapes are you mentioned about, I guess its the text box? In all Main text comp The shape file is hidden because the reason to tidy up the comp so the users will only see the texts layer to edit. Also not hidden is the Box scale adjustment layer where you have already understood the purpose is to easily adjust the box scale without manually adjusting the shapes. The shapes were hidden also because it was designed to simply be a box shape, it was mean to be like that, it was templated that way (hence after effects TEMPLATE). However if the buyer still wants to change it, JUSt click unhidden button on the timeline to reveal them. select any one of the shape layer to edit it. Tips: on your next project on other template (not by me) if you cant find something try UNHIDE the layers..:)
About the scene 15, when you open the scenes there is layers.. bunch of layers. You will see these layers Photo Reveal 18, Photo Reveal 19, Photo reveal 20 and so on…. that is the indication of which frames belong to which media. Photo Reveals 19 is referred to Media 19. Photo Reveals 20 is referred to Media 20 and so on…...How to find the comp/placeholders to put your photo/media is stated in the ‘simple’ guide file. On which is which question, on the scene 15 just select any of the Photo Reveal layer, for example if you select layer Photo Reveal 21 you will see the layer on the comp are selected. There is a selection marks and an xyz axis appear, the arrows with green, red and blue color to indicates its position so you will know where it’s positioned.. from that you know where and what to put on Media 21 place holder.
I hope that answers your question eventhough its too late..
Good luck. And again I appologize, eventhough I can design a good looking template but im still new on selling templates.. not even a year.
again good luck and you have every right not to buy from me again. Forever. BYE..
Hey…
I wasn’t trying to be the bad guy here. Simply put I had a hard deadline – I was very impressed with your project visuals and when trying to implement the project and in effect customize a few of the elements, I ran into issues that were NOT readily identifiable.
It is NOT about putting you in a bad light – on the contrary, I thought the project was outstanding (5 STARS!) – my concerns dealt with the lack of a reasonable manual or guide to work through the project.
If you offer a similar product in the future, and the visual quality is as good as this project – in all likelihood I would purchase it.
Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses – including me – this was NOT a personal attack – I had a scenario, a deadline and I was looking for some support. It didn’t happen, so I used a different template.
I STILL intend to use this one – I just have to iron out a few wrinkles. In fact, I took your template and as time allowed, explored it at length and have figured out either reasonable workarounds or compiled a reference guide for my future use.
Again – great project, visually – just missing some key documentation. Hopefully, that will come with your next effort – I look forward to what you may bring to Videohive in the future.
Good luck to you. I was merely offering some constructive criticism in a real-world environment. I might suggest, not being so defensive. I’m not upset, and you shouldn’t be either. I see first-hand the effort you put into your project and it is appreciated all the way around. Thank you.
By the way, it’s fine in this comment section, everyone wished you well and thought your project was a nice effort… BUT THEY DIDN’T BUY YOUR PRODUCT… I DID – it doesn’t make me any better than them, but frankly, I thought enough of YOUR EFFORTS to make a purchase – so again, if I felt you had an inferior item to offer, I would NOT have bothered to buy it. You are to be applauded and REWARDED for your work and in a very small way, I gave you my confidence in YOUR ability. I do NOT regret that choice.
