Hi there, i face same XML file issue, i follow these as i saw you posted but there is no import panel when i locate PresetEffects.xml. i follow these below: 1. Open a Finder
2. Locate your PresetEffects.xml file
Mac: After Effects folder > AfterEffects.app (right-click) Show Package Contents > Content > Resources
3. Run the jsxbin, when open the import window drag and drop the PresetEffects.xml to that window.
but still no idea where to import that!! Also i did double click on the jsxbin file it is open in extend script toolkit but i have no idea what should i deal with? Here is my email: fanoseanimation@gmail.com.

I’ve had the same problem with scripts menu is not allowing me to select the installer jsxbin.. I see you sent people emails, it would be great to see what the problem was and how to fix it right away. I’m working on a project this evening and was hoping to show my client the project in the morning.

Hi there. I’ve installed and it all appears correctly in AE (Effect Controls all appear when dropped onto a solid), but when I draw the mask path and press play nothing happens.

Located the missing Installer.jsxbin, now also having an issue installing in on CC on a Mac. Please help.

The update is impossible to install on new version of CC on Sierra, I have no way of right clicking to ‘show package contents’ through the adobe dialogue in order to find and select the xml file
Try open a finder, locate the xml a drag and drop to the import window in AE.

Hello Obi, there is no .XML file, the file is in .jsxbin extension and i cannot open. What should i do?

file did not work, this is taken longer than expected and my client is getting inpatient.
Well, you have an expression version of the preset that works perfectly too.
Expression is not working either, and in the tutorial file you only indicate how to use it as a preset and not expression. not trying to be difficult just want to use purchased file.
