I bought it, I used it well, and when I opened it today, it suddenly does not pop anything.. What should I do? T_T And I want to install it on a sub notebook but can I install it on only one computer?

Hi, Thanks for purchasing. You can install Big Pack on two of your computers. Considering to the issue. it’s an After Effects bug of loosing focus. After launch please click on After Effects or Alt+Tab to it and you will see the license window.

Hello, thank you for this great work ! Its amazing ! In the ecology icon category only the first 4 are working. From 5 to 30, i’ve a message “Unable to execute script at line 7: expected: }”. Also in different categories, layer are too short (in the precomps) or there is a bug and i see no animation… The function “STAR” to remember preferred preset is not working for me… Finally, do you think it’s possible to have categories in the preset 2D and 3D folders because it’s difficult to find something… I’m a mac user (El capitan 10.11.4 and after effects 2017.2). Waiting for an update ! Thanks.
