Hello I bought 140 Flash FX. When I try to import the files, error message said ‘file … cannot be imported this’.mov’ file is damaged or unsupported. What can I do? I use After effect CS6 and windows 10 (not mac).

Hey, Im very confused with the license, so I wanna ask and be clear :/
If I got the regular license, can I have multiple uses for personal projects, perhaps upload to youtube or use as portfolio in my own work, Or to use the effect in my project for competition and such, Assuming I didn’t sell any of those product but might generate income via ads or something along those lines.
If I ever get it I probably will be mainly use it to incorporate with some 2D Animation or some sort as I see the Smoke/Dust looks super useful for fight scenes and stuff.
So… Let’s say I wanna make like 10 different animation to be uploaded on youtube, do I have to get like 10 separated license? or something?
And If I can use this in multiple times, can I use it on multiple computer as well? or move it to a different computer
Hi, It’s really simple. Both licenses are designed to be used in one single project. So to use it in multiple project you would need a few licenses. The difference between the regular and extended license is that with extended license you users can be charged for your end project and with regular license not. I hope that makes sense for you.

These are the license terms and sadly I can’t rewrite them because it’s standart. It is difficult to write the license that would fit different circumstances. But tech support said that in the disputed issues the decision remains for the author.
I personally allow everyone to use regular license for 1-3 videos, and extended license in unlimited number of videos and there were no problems with that so far.
Hello, With Adobe Premiere Pro CC 11.0 newest version, is it possible to edit basic parameters of template files you made, directly in the Essential Graphics Panel in Premiere Pro? I believe in order for this to work, you need to create Motion Graphics templates in Adobe After Effects CC for use by editors in Premiere. https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/how-to/create-motion-graphics.html

Hi, I´m confuse about the license. It makes no sense. There are a lot of animations. How can I use it only in one end product? For example, One online course will have an intro. Another course other intro. Those are different products. Do I need to buy a license for each. What if I only use one kind of animation for one commercial and other kind for other comercial. Please help me figure this out.
Hi. The rules of the license are really strange, I asked support several times to change them. They refused, but said that in unclear situations the decision remains with the author. They also said that extended license is unlimited.
Therefore, if you plan to frequently use the pack, I suggest you to buy an extended license. Or tell me how much you plan to use the elements, maybe the regular one will suit you.

You can change the size, color and font of the text. And you can change the size, position and colors of the elements.
I dont understand the license model, maybe cause of my english, when i buy a standard license, can i use it for a project (for example a trailer or a motiondesign job for an tv ad or tv package), for which i get payed for?
