I have just purchased this cinematic slideshow but when I try to export it I receive an error “Motion Tile cannot allocate a buffer larger than 30000 pixels in either direction (516) (25::56)”. I have tried on two seperate computers and as a test, redownloaded the project and exported it without adding any images or changing anything and still receive this error. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards.
Hello! Just decrease tile to 255-255 and it will works
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I think I have found where the motion tiles are contained in the project (inside the pre scenes?) but am unsure about which parameters are supposed to be decreased to 255-255 (all of the settings I can see, like tile width and height, are at 100). I am new to after effects so I am sorry if this is a basic question but I haven’t been able to find an answer after extensive googling so if you could please talk me through exactly where I need to enter these numbers I would greatly appreciate it.
