hello kainxtheory, this is a very nice work. btw can you send me smaller file? i’ve tried to download the file (2,1gb) twice, but it fails. can you send me just the project files and the asset? without the video tutorial (maybe this make the files bigger).

Hi there Joanna,
Assuming that you’ll want the to use the DNA part as a moving background for more than 3-4 seconds, it is possible, but it’ll require some not-so-basic customization from your part to achieve. You will need Trapcode Particular and Optical Flares.

Hi there CarloMYK, sorry for the late reply. I’m afraid there is no light version available for Genome, but seeing as you’ve already purchased it, I could update it to include a light version. It might take some days though. When is your deadline?
Hey, thanks for being so cool about it. I have a week for this project to be completed. I tried applying an invert and a colorama effect to the particles.mov file in the “universe” and the DNA strands comps and it kind of worked okay, its a little muddy. I think actually redoing the actual file in a light version would be so much neater and clean. It worked okay but if you would go though the trouble of updating the file with a light version it would be great and much appreciated. I am using whites (light grays and white) and green for this project in case you are wondering. Thanks man, the project is just awesome BTW I’m your fan now!

It will need a little bit more customization to get a decent light version, I’ll get right on it tomorrow afternoon when I have my laptop back (the charger died in me). So, best case scenario, you have it on Saturday. Worst case scenario, you have it on Monday. Is that OK?

If I could follow you more that once I would do that 
you have really good taste and skills, I love your portfolio, but you should use more versatile colors and maybe a little color version of your works to present it better on this marketplace. remember, your works are artistic and unique but customers here need more than “artistic” they need “fun to buy” not “fun to watch”. Again, You’re Cool!

Thank you for your honest critique. I really do appreciate it. Coincidentally, versatility in color (and style) is something that has been bugging me intensely these past few days, as I’m working on the rebrand of another account. I figured I’d use the same palette for every project, since clients can change colours anyway. The problem with this is that it’s dramatically limiting the range of work I can create, since I’m always trying to fit every element in this particular colour palette. Your message just might be the confirmation I need that this is indeed a problem that has to be fixed.
