I am an expert on After Effects and just Spent 2 entire work days trying to figure this thing out. IT DOES NOT WORK as advertised. REFUND!!!!!
This crashes every time I open it – I can open all of my other After Effects projects and use Element 3D v2 on all of them, but neither of these two files will open. Can you help? I can send a screenshot of it too.
btw my After Effects is up to date, I have Creative Cloud.
The place where it’s getting frozen is when I click on Scene Setup on the [ELEMENT 3D] layer on FINAL CONTROL. It just sits there and doesn’t take me to the Element screen.
Element 3d plugin loaded. I cant see the background.How to “Relink” Background Object? First Please select “ELEMENT 3D ” and enter Scene Setup menu. Then, File > Relink Scene Files. After that; Click Select Folder and set your background object folder. Finally click Relink to link files. Thats all.

Thanks – but I tried hat already. When I click on Scene Setup it freezes up – it won’t go anywhere. It works in all of my other AE projects but not this one. Any ideas?
I’m sorry, but I think I need a refund. Adobe can’t help me they say the file might be corrupted. I initiated the refund process already, please let me know if there’s anything else I need to do. Thanks!
Hi, need a refund. Didn’t realise it was for CS5.5 and above. I only have CS5 – can’t get it to open.
The Logo does not have a Metalic look, just black and the areas to add photos are blacked out as well… see below:

This is not working… Just opened the project without any editing and it doesn’t look like the preview. It seems like the whole “HEROES” word is flat and there is no way to see the footage.

This is very bad template, difficult to adjust and the quality very depends on your logo SHAPE even you got nice picture for all the footages.
How do i get a refund? 2 of my friends can’t get this to work either.

This project is difficult to edit. It says “Your logo” but when I place my logo in the correct place, nothing shows up. The only easy parts to understand is where to drop the individual clips, and editing the tegline. Everything else is hard to follow. Is there a tutorial video?
