Nice work! 
horrible product. looks beautiful but completely unusable. Will completely bog your computer down and you won’t be able to work or move along the timeline. This was not built with any sort of efficiency in mind. I’ve used plenty of actual 3D templates that work smooth but this sucks. Avoid this unless you’ve got access to worldwide cloud computing.
If you have a very weak computer, then in part you are right. But you should know that After Effects not a 3d editor like 3DMax or a Cinema 4D, in which there are many options for previewing and rendering. Therefore, if you want a beautiful result in After Effect, you have to face with some discomfort. I have a processor core i5 3570K and 16 gigabytes of memory. With these specifications it is quite convenient to work
